About The Process

This process is based on Group Grope, an activity originally designed by Sivasailam Thiagarajan. It is an efficient, effective group activity that gives participants a deeper understanding of concepts, an increased sharing of values, and a greater ownership of decisions.

It gets people to loosen up, participate, and collaborate.
