About the Workshop...

If it is true that interpersonal conflict in the workplace is extremely counter productive, and costs more than we imagine, then the cost of inter-group conflict must be staggering.

The route to becoming a more profitable business is littered with many obstacles, not the least of which is the time, effort and money wasted through poor communication and conflict. The solution lies in the effective management of these profit and time-eroding obstructions: supervisors and managers need to be equipped with the skills to deal with personal inner conflict and interpersonal conflict, in addition to them being skilled in facilitation, mediation, and the effective management of inter-group conflict.
This interactive workshop will equip participants to effectively deal with conflict, transforming your organisation into a more productive unit, with greater profitability - possibly reducing staff turnover, and making this "the best place to be" for all stakeholders.

Who Attends?
Supervisors, First-line Managers, and Middle Management, from all sectors of all industries.
It is recommended that delegates attend the "Interpersonal Conflict Management" workshop prior to participating in this workshop. Alternatively, the two workshops can be combined.
Number of delegates: 2 - 12
Format
·    Half-day to full-day workshop, including break-away activities and corporate games.
·    One-and-a-half to two-days if combined with the "Interpersonal Conflict Management" workshop.
Equipment and Venue
Overhead projector and screen. Breakaway rooms are needed for every 4 - 6 delegates.
